Head phone are rubbish and the instructions are none existent. The uploading is an abstract after putting 20 CD albums of a 16 gig card it mixed them together . But as a positive the sound quality isn’t bad and at the end of the day you get what you pay for . Don’t think I would buy from them again but of face value the product is well priced

Delivery info good - MP3 received ahead of time. The Lossless MP3 player was purchased as my previous Supereye MP3 broke and is discontinued. This unit does the job but the shuffle doesnt work over all the albums saved. It does shuffle the tracks but only on one album at a time. The size of the unit is smaller (a bonus) and the body is metal which feels sturdier than the Supereye. The FM facility works well. Not tried bluetooth on either unit so cannot comment on this aspect.

I am very happy with this MP3 player. Works well, a nice sound , easy to load songs from my main song library. Only two negatives: 1. it doesn't have a "deep bass" option, but for the money paid that's no surprise. 2. it needs a memory expansion card to get the full 128GB storage capacity. Overall, in terms of value for money its an easy 10 out of 10.

Unfortunately the adapter I ordered was not the same as the adapter delivered.
A quick photo of the packaging information I sent to the seller revealed a problem between the seller and wholesaler.
A replacement could not be sourced immediately, so a full refund was given and the adapter I received did not have to be returned.
With regard to the adapter the quality appears to be ecellent. Shame it was not the right one.
I am happy to give 5 stars for the correspondence and service alone.
