The pricing strategy of this confectionery establishment seems excessive, as a modest quantity of sweets is being offered at a cost of £8.50 This pricing structure appears unreasonable and disproportionate to the value provided. In an attempt to address this concern I endeavored to communicate with the customer service department through eBay's messaging system Regrettably, the responses I received were discourteous and demonstrated a lack of consideration for my concerns as a customer DONT BUY

You are not been honest. You purchased 500g of Terrific Turtles with FREE postage. Your message stated 'do something as a good will gesture as I feel like I have been ripped off either that or ill just leave a review making the people aware.' You have no concept of cost, postage for a large letter is £3.30, fees with advertising are approx 18% & then cost of sweets. Then we got 'it's a rip off so you can even send a bit more or ill just leave a bad review' I wouldn't be bullied send free sweets!

Item delivered very quickly and as described. Well packaged. A present for my nephew who loves jelly sweets. He was very happy with them, and so am I. (A minor quibble - the personalization was done by hand, and I would rather have written the message myself if it wasn't going to be typed. A note on this on the item page would have been helpful.) Nonetheless, I am happy to recommend seller. Thanks a lot.
