After receiving realised it’s an Asda product. So checked it and it is £18 in Asda. Also noticed the tape not original and the box damaged. So messaged the seller to refund me the difference and he was very rude and told me it’s my fault I didn’t checked and he would only give me back £5.50 or I can send it back but I have to pay £3.50. I opened it and it was used. Started the return process for free. He didn’t want to take the return so he doesn’t have to pay. EBay helped me and I got refund!

This kettle comes packed in george home box which means is an Asda product that sells for £23 in Asda store and online instead of paying £31.99 a rip off from this seller here on ebay!
The seller customer service has been awful and overall a terrible experience from this seller unwilling to assist and just ignore customers!
