We dispatch our items via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service, incase of loss you would have to wait 15 working days before we can fully reimburse you or send you an alternative item.

We take payment from your account at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your account details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.

Returns
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee, only the cost of the item will be refunded unless the items are proven to be faulty .
If they are proven to be faulty it would take 2 – 5 working days to get the inspected and if found faulty we will reimburse the postage costs associated with returning.
