Terms and conditions of the sale
Age of Consent
Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer must accept the age limit when placing an order to declare that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Goods.
If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice
 
Delivery
Goods supplied within the United Kingdom will normally be delivered within five working days of acceptance of order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by a third party to the Buyer's address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
 
Price and Payment
The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Ebay listing. Unless stated on the Ebay listing to the contrary, the Price is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed prior to confirming the order and completing the payment process.
After the order is received the Seller shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods.
Payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Contract if:-
The Seller has insufficient stock to deliver the Goods;
The Seller does not deliver to the Buyer's area; or
One or more of the Goods was listed at an incorrect price due to any error.
If the Seller does cancel the Contract, the Seller will notify the Buyer by e-mail and will re-credit to the Buyer's account any sum deducted by the Seller from the Buyer's credit card / Paypal account as soon as possible. The Seller will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation to the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Ebay website at its discretion. 1.7 The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Ebay website at any time.
The Seller shall not be held liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Ebay Website or for refusing to process an order
Returns
If you would like to return a product you have purchased for any reason. You must do this within 30 days of receipt. To start this return process please contact our returns team at futuraebay@futuramail.co.uk
If you are returning a product which has been purchased by mistake, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the delivery and the return postage costs. All goods returned must be returned using a Tracked courier service. All goods must arrive in a brand new condition and in their original undamaged packaging.
Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, if the goods are in a resalable condition a refund minus any costs will be processed within 5 working days. If there are any reasons the refund cannot be processed you will be informed.

The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the Seller. Except where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, all other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or condition of the Goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Buyer's purpose.

    robust hedge trimmer

    This hedge trimmer is robust and does the job well, although it is fairly heavy to use. Having said that, it copes well with most greenery and small branches up to about 1cm thick. It also appears sturdy enough to prove long lasting, and overall I would recommend it.

    Overall a decent trimmer

    Having owned a cordless version I wanted a trimmer that had the power to cut back hedges without it feeling like it was straining the battery. This delivers on that one, but I did think with a 550w motor it would have a little more grunt; although it is fine for the type of hedge I'm using it for. As with all extendable trimmers the more you extend the heavier it becomes and the noise level is acceptable although for extended use I wear ear defenders. Overall the trimmer is doing what I expected of it and so far no complaints.

    Happy

    This hedge trimmer is a must for anyone struggling to cut high hedges or large bushes .it’s also very light to handle and easy to use .it’s made of good quality material and was a bit cheaper off eBay than in shops fully recommend .

    Too cumbersome

    I found this product very cumbersome to use. The harness is similar to the strap of a laptop bag. It does very little in taking the weight of the unit and mostly got in the way. Standing directly beneath the unit, with the pole vertical, is fine. Anything off the vertical and the leverage puts enormous strain on the arms, shoulders and back. Also, when off the vertical the strap twists the pole so that the cutting blade is no longer parallel to the hedge. Cutting the lower portion of the hedge was impossible. I had to resort to hand shears for that. Lastly, the cutting blade doesn't seem to work well with leylandii. It was necessary to pass the blade over the same area multiple times in order to cut all the fronds. Sorry, but I really cannot recommend this product. I will be giving it to ...
