DISAPPOINTING. Both bulbs didn't work when delivered. When I complained I just received an immediate refund without any apology. It was almost as though they were semi-expecting that they wouldn't work. However they were dispatched in a simple pvc bag without any padding. This type of bulb doesn't like being banged or jolted - so no wonder they didn't work on receipt when sent in a bag without any protection. POOR JOB.

Didn't work at first because the contact dimensions vary slightly from the old glass bulb in the table lamp. Using some snub nose pliers I bent the socket contacts inwards and then there was light.
