This is an easy steamer to use, being light and small to store. The controls are simple and cleaning power excellent. It heats up very quickly but it does take a while to cool down enough to put away. if I had to find a fault, it would be that the tube becomes hot enough to hurt the hand when steaming but this is easy to avoid if you're aware of the issue. This is my fourth steamer and my favourite.This is an easy steamer to use, being light and small to store. The controls are simple and cleaning power excellent. Its not all that!
I have had 3 steamers and out of the three of them this was the worst. It is useless on windows, anything you steam needs wiping down after as it leaves smears. The steam is not that powerful, short spurts of steam and then reheats, would I recommend it, No!

Great value,great performance
