Does not provide moister to the eye area and immediately leaves skin dry under the eye. I also don’t think the container is full, as I seem to have to depress all the way down to get a small amount on my finger, so hard to believe there’s 15 ml inside, and it’s already looking like it’s only half full after only applying once, and I can’t unscrew the top to have a look. Wouldn’t buy again, I’m afraid.
