My pickle arrived seemingly fine, took it out to eat and it was squishy to the point of falling apart. Upon cutting it, I found the inside hollow as if it was old, or not kept correctly before transit. After talking to customer service, I was spoke to very rudely and told I can’t get a refund because I opened it, but how was I supposed to know it was a bad pickle, unless I did ??
