The box came unsealed, the box was not cellotaped properly, Even in the photo the seller sent you can see in the image the whole box came open, my husband is the one that received the parcel and told me straight away. They are asking me to pay and return when clearly they should be packing the parcel properly with two or three cellotapes not one half cellotaped. I dont find it safe to use as parcel came open. Very difficult seller would not buy again.

Does what it says on the box!
I received one of these cloths as part of a beauty box that i purchased from a well known shopping channel. I admit on opening the box and finding what looked like a piece of fleecey blanket I was very sceptical that i could remove my long lasting foundation and mascara with only this cloth and warm water. I used each side of the cloth and although i had obviously removed a lot of my make up, i still went over with some toner on a cotton wool pad. There was nothing left to take off!!!. Amazing. I dont know how they work but they do. I worked out i spend £9 a year on cotton remover pads alone and thats without eye makeup remover, cleanser and toner. I am definitely a convert. Cleaning the cloth was slightly harder but I've found a quick wash with a bar of soap after each use (not liquid ... I received these just yesterday and used one this morning. I slept in my makeup (I know, bad!) and used this in the shower to clean my face. It got rid of all my mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow. Great! I put it in the washing machine (just in a normal load, at 40, I don’t wash at 30) and it looked like new, I was worried the mascara might stain it as there were big black patches on it after id cleaned my face but it was all gone. Dried quickly too. I used one of these great wipes tonight too, wet it with water, then sat in my bedroom and cleaned my face. Love it. It’s so quick and easy. I will definitely be buying more. Saves on using throw away wipes or cotton pads and micellar water or whatever you may use. These will be great for travel too, especially with the liquid restrictions. Love ... Really effective!
I didn’t have super high hopes about a cloth and warm water taking off waterproof makeup but this really does work. You can use soap to clean it so you don’t get black marks left all over so it’s clean for next use, dries quick too. Would definitely recommend

After just wash with soap and water and dry ready for use next time.Every couple of weeks wash them in washing machine. No need to use any expensive make up removers which have chemicals.
