Process was straight forward. However. Package was handled very rough, looked like “Ace Ventura” delivered it. Suggest not using shredded paper as packing material for solid items, especially air tools as the packing material got into the venting of the item and was also unable to keep product from moving inside box. Bubble wrap or wrap and tape item with full pieces of newspaper would be much better…. - so far great product! Would buy from this seller again👍
