Sent a different product to the one pictured /described. Initially no response. After raising a complaint was offered a partial refund despite asking to return them as I am allergic to the ones sent. Returned them with tracking but had to chase the refund long after they received it. When questioned, was told one of the 3 purchased was opened therefore not entitled to a refund. Again explained that I didn't know they sent the wrong product until it was open. No apology or acknowledgment! Beware

    The tower air fryer has been an absolute joy if a purchase , easy to use , easy to clean and food results are amazing , especially with preset menu. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an efficient and very fast way to cook everyday items and much more 👍

    Not written for UK use

    Very disappointed with book. Not what I was looking for. It is clearly written for the American market, not the UK. All the recipes are fancy American named ones. The oven heat settings are all in Fahrenheit, not Centigrade. The weights in the recipes are all in cupfuls, not ounces or even pounds. After just buying a new Tower air fryer, I wanted a book of basic instructions of how to get the best out of the air fryer, along with some recipes that I could use. This book, although it is a nice book for the American market, does not fulfil any of these requirements for me. Again, not what I was looking for. Sorry.

    Tower Cook Book

    If there were pictures of the menu’s, then it maybe compelling. I would have liked to see a Fahrenheit to Celsius chart. I’ve bought a Tower Air Fryer, it’s in Celsius, but the Tower cook book is in Fahrenheit. I was looking for a basic book to to help me get started, so I’m a little disappointed.

    Very disappointing!

    Less recipients making room for larger print? The print is so smalll and ink used pale grey it is impossible to read the recipes! It is such a pity. The only way I can read the recipes is to photo them with my iPad then enlarge the print!

    All the ingredients are in American cup sizes and I have prefer English ounces or even grams as I have only don't know the size of cup.
