Arrived folded twice, put in smaller than A4 bag and posted 2nd class large letter When opened it was very misshapen with very deep creases which meant straw was damaged and stitching thread around rim was ripped and hanging from rim Contacted them asking to explain why they had sent the hat this way rather in a cardboard box Told they received them folded and they steamed it , explained I didn’t want scalded using iron After being I was rude, refund given firstly without postage
