Delivery Schedule: We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 working days. However if an order is received before 2.00 pm, we will endeavour to send the order out by the end of the same Working Day. For all orders placed after 12.00 pm Friday, or on a weekend (i.e. Saturday or Sunday) or Bank Holiday, these orders will be processed the next available working day.
 
All deliveries are made to the delivery address provided to us at the time of order. Delivery times are normally between the hours of 7.00 am - 6.00 pm.
 
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your Inovice number in all correspondence and refer to our Returns Policy for further information.
 
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address or no-one was available to received the order, then the delivery charges are not refundable. Please ensure someone is available to take delivery for the order as re-deliveries will be subject to a further charge.
 
Caravan Team Ltd use Royal Mail for light items and a Courier service for all other items.
 
We have taken care to describe and show products as accurately as possible. Despite this, products may vary from their descriptions. If there is anything that you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact us on 01792 578585.
 
Tax Charges: All orders include 20% VAT.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website we use Paypal services. The credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
 
Guarantee: All products come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise specified. Should a fault occur, then the product should be returned to us for inspection. Upon inspection if the product is found to be faulty then it will be repaired or replaced. A refund will then be given for any return carriage charges incurred.
 
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, incorrect installation or user error.
 
This guarantee is only available to the original purchaser and does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
 
Privacy Policy: Caravan Team Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
 
DAMAGED GOODS:
 
You are advised to check all items received upon delivery even if you don't intend to use them straight away. Caravan Team Ltd make every effort to ensure goods are delivered undamaged or parts missing.
 
However, should you receive a damaged item or parts missing, you must advise us in writing via email to online.sales@caravanteam.com 2 days of receiving the item, quoting the Invoice number supplied to you.
 
The item must be returned to us as soon as possible but no more than 30 days after you have received the item.
 
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the the item back to us, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Caravan Team Ltd are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged during transit when returned to us. Please enclose proof of return postage with the item.
 
After we have received the goods back and have inspected the items, if the items are faulty a replacement item will be dispatched or alternatively a full refund given. A refund will also be given for return delivery charges incurred. All refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
