The map and booklet however were in new condition as described. Overall the items were in good condition for the price. Items were appropriately packed, shipped promptly and arrived safely. The description said the condition was new and that is exactly how I would describe it. The package arrived yesterday. The packing job was excellent, no damage to the product due to a bubble wrap sheet separating the product from the packing box. I installed the product on the intended computer and had no problems at all. I was able to register the product easily. The seller even included the original purchase receipt, just in case I need to get support in the future! :-)
