The item arrived ok , within 2 days .. however the main part is missing , which I’ve only noticed as it’s a birthday gift and only opened this morning . Had I’d known about this the item would have been returned straight away ! I’m requesting my money back and a full refund ; and the address in which the faulty item can be returned too
