it works! thank you! the repair was done as indicated and my camera returned in good state. one thing to keep in mind is that the time for you to get your item back is heavily dependant on royal mail (time for your item to arrive at the repair shop and then time for royal mail to ship it back to you)

Very pleased at being able to get the camera fixed especially as it seems compact zooms at a similar price to the TZ70 are no longer being manufactured. Turnaround time as advertised and good seller communication for when to expect delivery.
