Received item. Box was damaged, item was pathetically wrapped. Received with damage to both bezel and screen. Partially refunded so that I could get it fixed, (opposed to just sending it back which is a gesture I now regret making. Now I’ve got to wait another 7 days before the refund clears. And to top it off I’ve now discovered the remote is missing, and the bracket adapter so I can’t attach this screen to another mount. 0/10, disaster of an experience, if I could give minus stars I wud. AVOID
