I contacted the seller, to advise the item had arrived badly packaged, wrapped in cardboard and poking out of a black bin bag. But the real issue was the toy sound was broken and a large main sticker was missing. This was not disclosed in the listing. The seller was rude and aggressive with her response. I would have accepted an apology rather than go to the trouble of returning and put it down to a bad experience. But the sellers attitude to this was so appalling I had to instigate a return.

Diane white what a lier you are.. you’re a child minder and this is concerning you do not tell the truth. You was the abusive one. you’ve swapped an item you already have to send me it back to keep my good condition item! That is scruff behaviour!. You have painted yourself a lovely picture of the person you are. I told you to involve eBay as I tried to help you but I cut the line at you being abusive towards me over a kids toy of all things. I will be reporting you for kids safety anyway
