Absolutely appalling seller. False description, abysmal packaging, delayed and slow communication, and chose to lose money on a costly return instead of settling for a reasonable partial refund of a lesser amount. All purely out of spite because they didn't like being in the wrong and didn't want to be held to the description they gave. Would not deal with again if the goods were free, please avoid at all cost.

Missing one model from description and a couple of the models have snapped as they were just thrown in an envelope. Not ideal but will survive. Arrived a day late but that may have just been royal mail taking their time.
