I ordered a pink one, which said was in stock for my 92 year old mum. When it arrived it was blue, I contacted them, and they said it was a warehouse error, but I could keep it for a discount, I said I wanted a pink one, they then said sorry out of stock at the moment. They told me to return it, giving me the return address. I returned it , heard nothing, contacted them, then they refunded the original amount, but not £4.95 return postage, I contacted them again, but nothing.
