The filters seem fine and were shipped in good time. Unfortunately the delivery was by courier and although I recieved a message to tell me I would be advised when they package was out for delivery, no message was received. Not only that but at the alleged time of delivery to a neighbour I was by chance at home. Would companies please put on their delivery info. what courier they to use so that we can decide whether we want to purchase from companies using a courier with a poor reputation.
