Entertaining, value-for-money, enjoyable set.
I personally love Geraldine McEwan's Marple, & the star-studded casts in this set. They're a great bit of escapism on dark, dreary winter evenings. I like other portrayals of Miss Marple too, but find the Geraldine McEwan version slightly humorous, often making me smile. I also love the occasional glimpses in to her personal past. She may not be everyone's favourite Marple, but I loved this set, the settings, the clothes, the vehicles, everything.
