Printer sold as "open but new/ unused". Unfortunately the empty black ink after a few test pages printed and the presence of fingerprints all over the printer tell a different story! It also does not print a full A4 page?! The printer was delivered 15/03/23 set up on 18/03/23 where the above issues were discovered and the seller was messaged. It is now 20/03/23 and I have not yet had a response...I will give it until tomorrow 21/03/23 before requesting Ebay to investigate. Very disappointed...

Item was sold as 'new other' with no identification of how it was new other. Received item is clearly used, as several scuffs on it (from someone falling off), also original deck sticker has been removed and replaced with a bodge-job grip sticker used in place (not even stuck on properly and poorly cut). Item arrived on time however, and well received by recipient
