Ordered on 1st January, later informed battery charger not in box, would I wait until they ordered another charger. Item arrived 17th January, charger does not fit battery, only 1 battery eBay advert states 2 batteries, no mention of this, informed unable to order batteries, will not ship lithium batteries, impossible to get, informed to return item for refund although eBay advert states no returns.
Disappointed and totally gutted.
