Bought as is, no returns. It did not work. I contacted seller to see if they could help to make sure I wasn't overlooking something. But it was DOA. The seller was willing to let me return for refund, after they looked to try to find me a replacment in their inventory. The product might have had a fault, it happens. The seller could have blown me off, but didn't. I definitely saved this seller for future purchases.
