Additional postage charge required by IV, BT, HS, IM, ZE, JE, GY, KW, PO postcode and any other areas deemed outside the UK mainland by courier companies.
 
We are not liable nor will we pay for any fees, additional charges or labour costs incurred by mechanics if parts are delayed, incorrect or need replacing.
 
Sales that are purchased incorrectly, by mistake, buyer changed mind or any reason that is not our fault will be refunded minus our postage cost for sending it out if the item has been sent out. Sales after 30 days of purchase if we agree to take it back, we will minus the ebay fees for that transaction and the postage costs for it from the refund but there must be no sign of damage and in its original packaging without any damage to that either. Depending on the item there will also be a restocking fee. This will happen whether the buyer opens a return case or not.
 
We advise to wait for the delivery of the parts, insect them for any problems and then book the appointment with the garage.
 
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours and photo graphic evidence will be required.
 
All parts will be sent matched to the listing picture but may vary at times depending on the brand in stock at the time the order has been placed.
 
If an issue arises between the buyer and courier company, e.g. the parcel is delays or has been misrouted we will help the buyer as best we can but we will not be held responsible for it.

If the part is found damaged not due to wear and tear but because of incorrect fitment or any other reason and the buyer wishes for the part back they will need to pay for postage in that instance.
