After leaving this review I responded to customer that there were 2 charges with the warmers. This was their reply, “Yes, you did send me 2 cords. I guess I did not read the instructions correctly for I could not get them to work. I put the wrong end into my laptop. After awhile I figured it out. Sorry for the confusion. I just love these 2 hand warmers. I got what I ordered at a good price and very fast service as well.”
