This product has a smooth delicious nutty flavour. NO other after taste. Ideal for salad dressing making or just have a little drop off on a pasta to create a non-sticky meal. It has a beautiful green oil colour as it is presenting the natural preserved goodness. Presented in the dark bottle to protect from any high light source to damage the substance. It pales (quite literally),by comparison with good Pumpkin Oils
I have bought pumpkin oil many times, usually from abroad. It is usually very dark (black) in colour and is delicious on salads. This stuff rubbish, tasteless. A total waste of money.
