Best of the Bunch
I've used these blocks on every occasion that I've gone away. On my return the tank water is left clear, unlike some blocks, and the fish seem happy and content. There are cheaper blocks but they are not as good in my opinion.

An Experience
First time I have had to go away and leave my fish unsupervised, so l looked on the internet for a 'holiday' block. I bought the Tetremin Holiday food as this is the same brand that I feed. Ok . When I returned from holiday all fish were present and correct. The block was still there , hardly any had gone! I have 27 fish and thought the block might not last. The only fish that appeared to have suffered was my Angel who almost feeds from the hand - he was very timid for about a week but is now happily back to his old self. On the whole a reasonable experience and I would use again should the need arise. Great if you want cloudy water and dead fish!
Bought this to try after using the other brands of dissolving holiday food and finding them messy, thought this sounded a better option. Within 2 hours of putting this into the tank the water went very cloudy, lost 6 fish while on holiday, pretty disappointing, please use alternatives.

Fish never touched the food
We thought we would try this 14 day food on our 15 fish while we were home,before we go away. We followed the instructions n read reviews, sounds ideal. After 7 days we had to remove the food as our fish hadn't touched any of the food. We feed our fish on the 8th day and the fish took their food like they hadn't eaten anything for some time. Tip : try before you go away in case doesn't work.
