Complete and utter waste of time, told they delivered, they hadn’t, then they said they couldn’t find it (garden furniture set!) no idea what they are doing, they don’t communicate with the ed courier and you can’t go direct, bunch of amateurs take your money then don’t respond, I phoned them 8 times, still no further forward, only when I mentioned the police getting involved did they sit up, 12 days after they took my money I reported to eBay and got a refund AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
