Item described as working. Item not working. Miscommunication from seller regarding pick up, with a wasted 30 mile journey. They did later deliver non working item, but had excuse after excuse regarding sorting it out to the point our communication is now ignored. We’re now left out of pocket with an unusable item, which for a business in its first 12 month is something we cannot afford. Totally disappointed and wholehearted would stay away from this seller.

Item working when tested prior to delivery.Customer came to collect when our unit was unoccupied, so we arranged delivery free of charge to compensate. Item delivered Customer reported fault after re_transporting it to his shop approx 50miles away. We offered to repair or exchange the item, the offer still stands.Customer has not contacted me by email or sent any messages via ebay channels.
