    Poor quality!

    I have just received my dvd and the quality of the case and the actual dvd is very poor, the dvd is covered with some white/grey powder and the case is crumpled and quite dirty. I appreciate this is a used item but should not be listed as ‘very good’ when in my opinion it is in a very poor state.

    A great buy as to buy it new would have set me back a lot more.

    A really good DVD, although I haven't used it as much as I would have liked to. The soundtrack is very hypnotic and the I like the way the DVD is divided up into specific problems experienced during pregnancy. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep supple during pregnancy, although I have found getting through some of the longer exercises difficult and the beginning breathing exercises are a bit samey. Overall a really good product. A great way to prepare yourself emotionally, physically and spiritually for child birth.
