False, overly dramatic feedback from a customer who neglected to read the listing before buying & then tries to blame seller instead she never mentioned any damage,Her only complaint was that the ring didn't have a clasp. We pointed her to the listing & informed her that it was listed as a seam ring,this style does not come with any clasp We also offered her a free return, but she took offence at this and began threatening and attacking us and chose to leave a negative review very POOR BEHAVIOUR
