Goods are sold in many cases less than half the current RRP due to them being end of line, end of season clearance, ex-display and return stock in full working order.

They are mainly still in original packaging and often returned due to customer change of mind. In some cases they could have been removed from packaging but in many cases they have not been opened. Packaging can sometimes be damaged due to removal of labels & transportation etc...

On occasion some general fixings are mixing but these can be purchased from local DIY stores. Instructions can often be missing but we will always try to assist over the phone.

We will always try to note any obvious damage but this is not always possible due to the size of goods. WE WILL NOT REFUND ITEMS FOR MINOR MARKS & DAMAGE AS THEY ARE NOT SOLD AS BRAND NEW... IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS POLICY THEN PLEASE DO NOT BUY... this is the reason for our amazingly low prices. You can return your item within 30 days, but only at your own cost if required.

Exchanges / Refunds on BRAND NEW items will be given as long as they are returned unused, without alteration or tampering and in the condition they were received within 14 days. Retailer returns are as per the listing.

When returning any items back to us any delivery costs incurred must be paid by the buyer. Additionally, our postage costs will be deducted from any amounts refunded. Please note any mattresses that have been opened or slept upon are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

You have 2 choices... Collection or Delivery!

We aim to dispatch completed orders within 24HRS via Parcelforce on a standard 48 hour service.

Parcelforce will only deliver Monday-Friday; they will not deliver on bank holidays. However, a Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional surcharge cost of £12.00 (please ask for revised invoice).

As with all carriers, delivery is 99% of the time as promised, however we cannot be in anyway held responsible for late / part delivery of an item. ALL deliveries via Parcelforce are FULLY TRACKABLE and will require a signature upon delivery.

We do not profit from our delivery charges and only quote the prices WE pay!

We are a family run business specializing in the sale of end of line, end of season clearance, ex-display and return stock in full working order. There are many reasons why customers return products to the major high street retailers such as slight scratches/marks, wrong size, used once and returned.
