The washers arrived some 7 days late, but I put that down to the parcel delivery firm, and not the seller. They responded very quickly to my message about non receipt, and asked me to hang on a day or two, before sending out replacements. This I was happy to do, and sure enough, a few days later, the original package was delivered. As I have said, I don't blame the seller, and the washers were exactly what I wanted and of excellent quality, and well packaged. Very happy.
