The terms and conditions drafted on this page are applicable to the use of and any subsequent purchases through the Ebay web store for www.eastendprints.co.uk. Terms and conditions refers collectively to both ‘terms of sale’ and ‘terms of use’ which are set out below.

We ask you to read through these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to the use of this site or making a purchase, as by this you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notice.
Terms of Sale
Placing an Order
Every purchase made on East End Print's Ebay store is bound by the following sub-headings:
Order Placement and your contract with us
By placing an order with us you are confirming you are legally both over the age of 18 and capable of entering into a legally binding contract with us.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been received, unfortunately orders cannot be amended once placed. This does not form an order acceptance, this forms an offer to buy, and your order is not deemed as accepted until you receive a dispatch confirmation to confirm your order is on its way to you. Once this order has been dispatched, we will then have entered a binding contract. We can only enter into a contract once the following conditions have been met:
Payment has been made in full
The order has been dispatched and you have received a dispatch confirmation
Due to the limited edition nature of some of our prints, or any other unforeseen circumstance, there may be a case that the item you order is not unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order. In this instance you will be notified and offered an alternative product or a full refund will be issued if preferred if payment has already been taken.
If you notice any discrepancies in your information on your initial order acknowledgment, it is your responsibility to get in touch with us at wholesale@eastendprints.co.uk to resolve and prevent delay or incorrect delivery of your items.
Production Description and Availability
We try to be as accurate as possible with stock availability and product information, ensuring it is up to date and correct. However, if a listing is inaccurate or omitting detail, we do reserve our right to make amendments to this information at any time without prior notice including after your order has been placed.
Whilst our product images are created to be as accurate a representation as possible, colours and attributes may vary on your monitor or screens display settings.
If an item on your order is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible to form a resolution. This may include a delayed delivery date for when the item will be back in stock, an alternative product, or a full refund for that item. If you are unhappy with an item on your order or it is damaged, it can be returned within the terms of our Cancellations, Returns and Exchange policy.
Price and Payment
All product pricing and delivery charges advertised is inclusive of VAT and is true, except in the circumstance of obvious error. In the instance a price has been listed incorrectly we will notify you, if necessary, to make an amendment to your order. If the correct price is higher than your order, and it has yet to be dispatched, we get in contact with you to discuss and resolve the issue. If we cannot come to an agreement on the new selling price, this may result in us rejecting your order at our discretion. We are under no obligation to supply to you at an incorrect, lower price, if the pricing error was unmistakable.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, paypal or any other payment method as stated at checkout.
Local Tax and Import Duty
VAT will be recalculated at checkout once delivery destination is input, as applicable.
If you are ordering our products to a destination outside of the UK, you may be subject to your local countries import duties and taxes which are levied upon arrival to the specified destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and East End Prints are not liable for any of these charges to be returned to the customer. We cannot quote the exact amount of these charges prior to dispatch, and so these should be discussed with the appropriate customs authority at the order’s final destination.
Delivery
Delivery charges are added to the basket prior to check out, and are applied based on the destination and weight of goods. Our Delivery information can be found in our Delivery Policy.
Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Full details can be found in our Cancellations, Returns and Exchange policy. Please note that the terms for such circumstances differ in our online store to our shop at 234 Brick Lane, E2 7EB.
The customer is responsible to organise and pay for any items returned under change of mind or unwanted circumstances, except if the item is proved to be faulty, damaged or not true to description.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported 14 calendar days from delivery, and you may be asked to provide evidence by way of photograph or sending the item to us for inspection. In the case of faulty items a prepaid returns label will be issued to you to return the item through the post office, or in some circumstances a free collection may be organised by East End Prints to collect the goods.
Items being returned are the responsibility of the customer and we highly recommend you retain any proof of postage receipts as refund of any items lost in transit will not be processed without evidence of postage.
For all online purchases, consumers are covered by a 14 day period, from date of delivery, in which they retain the right to cancel their contract and return the product for a full refund.
Wholesale and trade purchases are bound by separate terms and conditions, which do not allow for returns unless the product is deemed damaged or faulty.
Liability
East End Prints will only be liable, and for the maximum of product cost paid, if East End Prints fail to comply with the terms and conditions set out on this page. These terms of sale do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms of sale also do not exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence or fraud, or any further liabilities excluded by law.
Our liability is only applicable if the loss or damage incurred was an obvious consequence of East End Prints breaching the terms as set out in these terms and conditions. However, unless the loss or damage is foreseeable at the time entered into our contract, we will not be liable for the following in relation to any business of yours (without limitation) for loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits; loss of data; business interruption, or any special indirect loss or damage.
Events Outside Our Control
In the event of force majeure, any event which includes an event or act beyond our reasonable control which directly impacts to perform our obligations will suspend our contract for the period of force majeure. An extension will be applied to contractual obligations for the duration of the force majeure event. We will always use reasonable efforts to fulfil our obligations under our contract and will communicate with you any disruption, delay or unavailability as soon as we know to be true.
Promotional Codes and Competitions
From time to time we may offer a promotional code through our mail outs, verbally, or as part of a competition to be used in store or on our website. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be used on sale or discounted items, unless otherwise stated. If you have more than one promotional code, it is the customer’s responsibility to choose which they would prefer to use, and East End Prints will not be liable to change this after purchase has been made.
General
Only you, the customer, and we, East End Prints, will retain the right to enforce any condition in the contract formed between us. The contract formed includes these terms and conditions and any outlined policies within it and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements unless expressly agreed in writing by us.
Any dispute or claim made by you or East End Prints on these terms of sale shall be governed by English law. If any part of this contract is deemed to be unenforceable or unlawful by the courts of England, it shall be removed, but the rest of the document will remain valid and enforceable.
