The answer to my quiet-keyboard prayers!
Truly silent keyboard, and really lovely to type on. Dell is a great brand-name you can trust, you are getting a quality and standard you expect, and at a VERY reasonable price (I was pleasantly surprised I could afford to buy it the day I saw it).. Seems the good old days of silent keyboards have disappeared with Windows 98; so many modern ones clatter so loudly, they remind me of noisy manual typewriters, and drive me and my long-suffering parner nuts! Keyboard-wise, technology appears to be going backwards, which is not a pleasant experience for us typists. I really wanted a keyboard that is nice to type on, and doesnt annoy everyone in the room, with clatter, clatter, clatter 24/7. I do a lot of typing every day. I searched on Google, for Quiet/Silent Keyboard, and was so pleased ... Truly silent keyboard, and really lovely to type on. Absolutely brilliant!
I’ve been using this keyboard for about 3 years at work so I thought it would be easier to get the same keyboard for home. It’s excellent value for money, well made, easy to install (just plug it in) and easy to use. I also like the volume controls.

Well designed, a pleasure to use. However I could not make my Dell Optiplex GX620 recognise the driver, the keyboard worked faultlessly but the annoying alert notice stating that I need to'Install a HID-Compliant device'. I have installed drivers from DELL and other sources with no sucess. I have to dismiss this and carry on, it is no problem just annoying. It spoils an other wise brilliant keyboard . ' Well designed, a pleasure to use.
