On 17/01/2024, we ordered a shed for our daughter. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. Despite my husband spending 5 hours and going through 76 assembly stages, the shed's quality was unsatisfactory. Pieces did not fit properly, leading to noticeable gaps in the structure. This poor craftsmanship is unacceptable, given our £289 investment. Urgently seeking resolution but not getting much respondence and they have offered me £40 refund. Appalling customer services.
