I sent our unit back for battery replacement it was repaired and despatched on the same day it had arrived with the seller. Tried the vac as soon as it arrived. It has been so long with a failing battery that we couldn't believe it kept going and going. Just to be certain of my recommendation we recharged and used it again and it works great. Our vac was ready for the bin but for the price of this repair I would totally recommend this service. Thanks to crisstr_6424.
