The seller asked me to close the return and correct it with "wrong size." When I closed it and tried to start another return, it wouldn't let me. I contacted the seller who provided an address for me to ship the item and once it was received, that they would refund my money. I shipped the item with a tracking number and advised the seller, but it's been about a week now and no response from the seller after I provided them the shipping number and asked when I would get my refund.

But your statement is not true. I have already checked and shared with you item is not received and as per ebay's policy seller not have to pay until the item received. I have also forwareded the deatils to eBay. So that's why I didn't made refund.
