I ordered 3 pairs, only 2 came just chucked in a plastic delivery bag, the size i ordered came out too small so my child couldn't wear them, plus the missing trainers isn't being addressed i was told the trainers was sent went they jolly well know only two trainers was sealed into that small bag.when I asked that i wanted to send back the small trainer's I was told i would be given a 15% refund instead which means £3. Do not buy stay away like the plague
