So frustrated. Tried to do return but fee was half item value. I neglected to state the item was a shoe box shipped in a bag that arrived crushed, torn and broken. Went to make contact again but cancelled return being unfamiliar with website. Talked to agents of eBay and told could take time for "specialist" to review and decide. I USED THIS SELLER because had good experience with them less then month prior to damaged second purchase. Buyer beware.

The product was not damaged. Merely an outer box. We have no control if a carrier damages a box. The box itself is thrown away regardless. We act strictly in good faith. THere are some things out of our control.
