Service outstanding, delivered 4 days earlier than stated. Item has no business having yellow in its name. It’s simply not. (It’s walnut). Which is an issue as yellow is what I wanted. I can return. But its unpacked &looking nice. Just not what I had ordered. Quality good for money. Perfect size for small garden. Cusions aren’t to comfortable, replaced with own or even without I find better. I’m 5.1 the back of the seats dig in shoulders, working on this. With this said I would still buy again.

So most importantly the item itself (rattan furniture) is brilliant, instructions clear, fairly easy to put together and solid. Only criticism is that it was marked as dispatched days before the courier actually received the parcel and the sellers communication regarding this was not great when I queried where the parcel actually was. So great product at a great price, dispatch and comms not so great.
