Excellent communication with the seller. Just a quick note to self: the responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of goods lies with the carrier rather than the seller. While the seller can t directly control this aspect of the transaction, they do bear the consequences of any delays or issues alongside the buyer. Item arrived on time and as described. There was a minor issue with the transit and the seller immediately gave me a partial refund which is great.

I had to refund over half the value of the order, due to some scumbag ripping open the envelope, and stealing over half the contents, in transit.
We are all now on the lookout for a guitar playing postal employee.
Please report to eBay any posties that whistle "Stairway to Heaven", or other guitar classics.
I hope they break all their strings, and lose the picks down the back of their sofas.
