Fragile and expensive
The NEFF replacement fridge bottle shelf, had to be bought and there is no choice but to pay nearly £30, no cheaper alternatives. The door shelves have broken twice in 5 years since we had this fridge, but not surprising as they are just made of fragile plastic. If they were a more robust material like aluminium especially around the slots that slide into the door, they might be worth £30, but then they wouldn’t break in the first place.
