THEY sent the wrong size slippers ,the advert said a size9 they sent a size 5 .they deducted the £3.95 the return delivery from my refund ,which i think is disgusting seens as it was there error . I should have got a full refund .

I ordered the item twice, both times the seller canceled my order because they misscalculated the shipping cost. Upon asking them to tell me the extra cost to pay or to fix the shipping cost so I can properly order again, they just ignored me. Not recomended as a seller.
