Item purchased on 20 November, installed by a qualified gas engineer on 2 December and tested - all working. On 4 December tried to use the front right hand burner (Auxiliary) - not previously used - the burner ignites but fails to stay alight when the Control knob is released. The rear left hand burner also ignites but fails to stay ignited when the Control Knob is released. Other burners currently operative. Reported to seller 3 times but failed to get a response. Item is still installed.
