THE SHEARS ARE OK, BUT CORNERS HAVE BEEN CUT TO PRODUCE AT THIS PRICE, ALSO THE SPRING KEEPS FALLING OUT WHEN SHEARS ARE OPENED FULLY, IT WON'T BE LONG BEFORE IT'S LOST.
