In the unlikely event you get any problems we try to make our returns or repair service as simple as possible. If the valid fault occurs within the first 30-day's of delivery we will always offer you being the customer either a repair, exchange or refund. In the case of any fault occurring under warranty we the seller only cover return postage costs for the first 3 months of the warranty period.

Delivery & Damages:
 
Please thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt (visually & powered on) and report any delivery damage or missing parts/accessories within 4 days of receiving the item, with the exception of TVs with a screen size of 39" screen or above which we require the reporting of damage or missing parts within 48hrs of receipt of the product add up to 5 images to show the reason you're returning the item for and showing any scratches or defects.
 
We will not be held responsible for any damage or missing parts parts/accessories reported after the 4 days from the day of receipt or 48hrs if the item is a TV of 39" or above unless otherwise agreed on in writing through eBay messages before purchase.

    Only time will tell

    Bought as "new - other". Either ex-display stock, catalogue return or similar, not brand new, unopened box. Supplied in-line cable was faulty. Few minor, irrelevant scratches on exposed edges but these show my main concern. Product looks to be metal casing however, the ear-pieces are actually plastic and seem quite light-weight. As my title says, only time will tell if these will manage to stand the rigours of daily use. Sound quality is surprisingly good, but only been able to use with Bluetooth connectivity. Good, deep bass and responsive high end. Overall, purchased for under £20 and far better than I would have expected. If you're looking for Bose quality you'll be disappointed, but if you're used to ear buds these will make your daily commute that little bit more pleasant.

    Great headphones

    Not for extended home use as they are tight on the ears. But on the go or the gym, just buy. The sound quality isn't far behind Bose and noise cancelling. The separation is incredible as is the base and highs. I have four sets of expensive headphones and just don't understand how this good can be this cheap. I am blown away with them. The battery life isn't great but then they are compact and lightweight and the battery is delivering sound quality, you can't have it both ways. They aren't terribly uncomfortable but don't compare to over the ear cups. Still blown away by the value.

    Wow

    For the price i wasn't expecting much but I'm blown away by these! I use them in the gym mainly because im fed up of tiny earphones falling out...not lasting long enough after charge and wires everywhere. These headphones are lightweight...small enough so they don't look odd and one charge goes for hours and hours Fab build quality and exceptional value for money
